Marc Henry

Marc Henry is deeply passionate about sports, particularly football, which has been his lifelong love dating back to his childhood in Houston, Texas. His journey in sports media began in 2015 with Friday Night Glory.com, where he scouted and interviewed top high school players and coaches from the

start of the regular season through the Texas State Championships.

Expanding his focus to Houston's high school football scene, Marc introduced the Third Coast Gridiron Podcast in 2019, leveraging his local connections in the Houston area. In 2020, he launched the On Your Marc Show sponsored by EPIC Sports Apparel, aiming to empower athletes and provide valuable resources for success.

​

In 2021, Marc broadened his scope to cover 7v7 events and he collaborated with top programs like Texas ICE, providing his expertise in scouting and media coverage. Later that same year, Marc joined

Championship 7v7 and TruXposur as a scout and writer. Marc excelled as an analyst, providing his expertise during their live streams of their championship games.

Furthering his impact in scouting and recruiting coverage, Marc joined Prep Redzone Texas in August of 2021. He is the Lead Scout on the DR7 National Tournament Circuit, under the Dedication and Respect Sportz organization. He also leads scouting efforts for The Platform, a website dedicated to showcasing undiscovered talent and he travels with the DR7 Tournament Circuit during the 7v7 season. Marc is a contributor as a recruiting analyst for HornsSports.com and HookEm Headlines, which is apart of the FanSided Network.

With a strong belief in the power of relationships, Marc's goal is to help athletes achieve their dreams by providing exposure and support. He has cultivated connections with coaches and players nationwide, living by his motto: "If you Grind, You Shine!!!"

With a mission to uncover hidden talent, Marc, along with his partners, established the Top Texas Prospects Show (Txtpshow) podcast, highlighting underrated players and providing them with exposure. This platform covers various sports and features discussions on recruiting. He transitioned into creating his own brand On Da Marc Sports. Marc also ventured into podcasting and writing for The Old Coach.com as a recruiting analyst. He later joined Texas High School Football.com as a writer and reporter just before the high school season kicked off in 2017.
