A quick review of some of the top games from around the state in week 9 of the Tennessee high school football season 

Maryville 42 at Science Hill 10

Maryville’s dominance of Science Hill continued as the Rebels made it 15 straight vs. the Hilltoppers, cruising to an easy win.

Jefferson Co. 27 Powell 24

In a back-and-forth contest that saw five 4th quarter  lead changes, the Patriots scored last and pulled the upset, knocking off no.2 Powell. 

McCallie 44 at Knox Catholic 22

Knox Catholic kept it interesting early but when the McCallie train gets rolling it is awfully hard to stop. The Blue Tornadoes stepped on the gas and bullied their way to yet another victory.
