The Week That Will Be ..

East Hamilton (5-0) heads to Evansville where Rhea County (5-0) awaits in a mammoth Class 5A Region 3 showdown. The winner of this one is in the driver's seat for a region title and home field advantage in the playoffs.

Class 1A South Pittsburg once again steps up in weight class as it welcomes in a Class 4A opponent in Red Bank to the Pirate ship.The Pirates have outscored their last three opponents 144-16. Don't expect that kind of disparity tonight against Red Bank. This one should go down to the wire 

Oak Ridge travels to Bradley Central in an interesting non region contest. Oak Ridge has dominated this series, holding a 24-3 advantage. The Wildcats have won 19 straight against Bradley Central. The Bears last win in this series came in 1965.
